Growth Through Service at All Souls
Service is a cornerstone of our Unitarian Universalist identity, and of All Souls membership.
Through service, not only do we play our part in healing our broken world, but we also find the opportunity to grow in our own faith and spirituality, and enhance our relationships with others. Here at All Souls, we strive to match our service opportunities to our members in ways that are fulfilling, feed our passions, and grow our souls. Our members can then joyfully serve, gaining a deeper connection to our faith, their personal spiritual journey, and our congregation as a whole. This is the goal of the Growth Through Service (GTS) program.
The first step in this process is to schedule a one-on-one (or couples) conversation. A GTS team member will listen carefully to what you have to share about your spiritual journey, service experiences, and that which brings you joy in life. In doing so, we help increase your potential for growth - and the growth of the congregation, which is limited only by the vision and willingness of our membership.
Joyfully serving members will move us closer and closer to fulfilling our Mission of nurturing lifelong spiritual development, creating a welcoming, caring, justice-seeking community within and beyond these walls.
