COMING APRIL 20th.....
The ALL SOULS TAG SALE IS BACK!
April 20th All Souls Tag Sale 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
(Pre-Sale - Friday April 19th, 5 - 7 pm, $5 entry fee per shopper)
The TAG SALE is our single, largest fund raiser!
Participation from every household is the key to our
success. In 2023, the first sale after the Pandemic, we
raised almost $7000!
The week before the sale, 4/15 thru 4/19 – we need YOU!
Drop off hours are 10:00 AM thru 7:00 PM, on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There will be people
available to help you unload your car!
During those same hours, we need people who are willing
to do “In-take” of material as well as distribute that
material to the various sections of Unity Hall, where it will
be organized and priced.
This organizing and pricing is critical work. You can sign
up electronically at volunteersignup.org/REKHQ or if you
have already signed up to work, we will be contacting
you! We will also be “tabling” every Sunday where we will
have sign-ups for 2-hour blocks where you can sign up to
come and help. We always take “walk-ins” too or if you
can’t commit to a 2-hour time block, sign up for however
much time works for your schedule.
Our TAG-SALE is an opportunity to provide items to our
local community! We are accepting all kinds of household
items. Antiques and jewelry work really well! The list of
examples are below. However, whatever you donate
needs to be clean and useable! If it is broken,
chipped, dirty, ripped or just yucky – we don’t really want
that! What we want is just as important as what we don’t
want!
Examples of items we want:
Kitchen items- Pots & Pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
Curtains
Knick Knacks
Books
Tablecloths and Napkins
Sporting Goods and Outdoor Equipment
Clothing – Clean, without tears or spots
Small Furniture Items
Dishes - those that are not chipped or cracked
Small tools and other hardware
Jewelry
Antiques
Luggage – Those newer roll type
Examples of items we DON'T want:
No Mattresses
No Stuffed Animals
No Upholstered Furniture
No Strollers, Cribs, Car Seats, Pack-N-Play’s etc.
No tube TVs or Monitors
No computers
No VHS tapes
No large appliances
No lingerie, pajamas, underwear, socks or items that
are torn or stained
No holiday items
We will begin accepting donations on Monday, April 15,
with the last donations accepted Thursday at 7 pm.
Drop off hours will be 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday April 15
thru Thursday April 18
We need:
Helpers to sort and price
Folding tables
Trucks/vans for clean up
Clean-up crew for 2 p.m. on Saturday after the event
